For a single gameserver, bandwidth will probably be the bottleneck... On an a 32 player server, outbound bandwidth averages around 300 kB/s with spikes nearing 400 kB/s equating to under 1 TB per month. Inbound bandwidth is about 25% of outbound (~75 kB/s) and, like outbound throughput, scales linearly with playercount.
A full pyspades server utilizes about 350 MB of memory with 7% CPU usage on an Intel Xeon CPU X5670 @ 2.93GHz
