Run Multiple Servers From Same Machine

Postby Phantomjedi759 » Fri Jun 15, 2012 9:01 pm

Hello,
I am trying to run multiple pyspades servers from a single dedicated server. I can set up the first one just fine, but all subsequent servers cannot run on different ports. How could I have multiple servers running?
Thanks

I've seen this done one MC servers where they run multiple servers from the same machine except on different ports such as 25565, 25566, 25567 etc. and then edit the server.properties file. I think you can do the same on AoS such as 32887, 32888, 32889 etc. as long as it doesn't conflict with other ports. By default it will use the 32887 port but you can edit this by going into the config.txt file in your pyspades and making port = the new port.

Just make sure all the ports are forwarded, but that shouldn't be a problem if you're on a VPS. If it still won't work, have a look at IPTables. http://www.linuxhomenetworking.com/wiki ... g_iptables
