Autokicks

I've seen an autokicker for slanderous names, and one for high ping, could someone show me where I can find them?

I think the speedhack one takes care of the highest ping. If you want anything more than that, I'm not sure who you would ask. I know for a fact, though, that Tocksman has an offensive name autokicker. Unfortunately Goon Haven hasn't been usin it because 0.75 broke it and it hasn't been adapted to this game version.
