I need script that will kick someone if he kills X peaples from his team in Y mintues ...
If you can do that, please help me, this is pretty importent for me ..

cant,and its a bad idea,as the person would probably be trying to kill a griefer.

But I'm sure someone created a TK-check but it's unreleased/notworking

The griefcheck script (blockinfo.py) has a teamkill check in there, you might want to look at that and make a script from there.
