__init__.py is super important, don't touch it.
afk.py kicks afk players after they're afk for a specified amount of time.
antijerk.py kicks people thats say "esc for airstrike', etc.
autohelp.py automatically tells people how to do stuff when they ask, like "how do I change my name?", etc.
babel.py is a gamemode.
blockinfo.py is for the /griefcheck command, which allows you to see how many blocks a user has removed in a certain amount of time.
dirtnade.py isn't working anymore as far as I know, but it used to create 'dirt' blocks when a grenade exploded.
match.py is for clan match statistics.
memcheck.py checks for memory leaks.
paint.py is for painting blocks. Type /paint, select a block, and press the "v" key (sneak) to paint the block you're looking at.
platform.py is for platforms and buttons (elevators, doors, etc), it may be broken.
rangedamage.py can change how much damage a gun does at a certain distance.
rapid.py makes guns/block placement/destroying much faster.
runningman.py is an old gamemode where to capture the intel, you need a 'partner' to stick with when returning to the base.
spawn_protect.py prevents spawncampers.
