Model help

Well I was moding this new semi skin, and it was almost done, I go to test it in game, and it was floating over peoples arms.. Is their a way to lower it down, with out completely redoing the bottom part and shaving of the top?

(Note : not Right control, I need it in-game not viewing..)

Go to tools, select "adjust pivot" then start moving it down. Test in-game and do it again as needed.
