how to create skins?

I'd like to create skins for weapons and for the player, but I do not know what software to use, who can tell me what should I use?

Slab6. Then go into your kv6 files and double click them.

1)Extract the .rar and look for the .exe titled "slab6". It is accompanied by an icon of a monster.
2)Click "file" on the top left and go to "open".
3)Click on "computer" and then go to your local disk "C:".
4)Click on the Ace of Spades folder.
5)Click on the kv6 folder.
6)Select any .kv6 and start modding.
