Heres the orginal:

17. Copy your ironsight to new file and align it with red dot. Your aiming thingy should cover only 2 pixels of it.
18. Then delete rest of the red blocks
19. Cut out the aiming thingy area and add it as a new layer.
20. Switch to other layer and add blur to it through: Tools>GEGL>Box-blur (2-1 is fine)
21. Press right click on the aiming thingy layer and select "Merge down"
22. Then use color picker tool to get color and paint small spaces that bluring created.
23. If you are happy with it click save or save as.
24. Save it as "Filename.png"
25. Enjoy ;D
But now... I have found a way to do this in under 5 minutes.(Not for some sights :P)

Wont work with the Fuzzy. Now:21. Save it.
22. Open and edit it. Now, you can GEGL it now.
23. Then use color picker tool to get color and paint small spaces that bluring created.
24. If you are happy with it click save or save as.
25. Save it as semi.png/shotgun.png/smg.png
26. Enjoy ;D
