Can't Hear Modded Intro Sound?

Hey guys. So today I was going to mod my intro.wav to a funny sped up Poke'mon theme that sounded really funny. When I finished, I replaced it with my old one but when I started up Ace of Spades and joined a server, the sound didn't play. I'm thinking that it has something to do with it being too long. It's 10.5 seconds long so maybe it's that. If you want to check it out and see whats wrong with it, here's a link to download the sound. It's a .wav file.

Im fairly certain it doesnt matter how long the sound is. However other sounds will cancel the sound eventually if they "stack up" too high. Populated servers will cut the intro short about 90% of the time. Try going on an empty server and see if it works.
