I'd recommend Paint.net if you're a beginner. Gimp's controls are awkward.

I think there's something wrong first i downloaded a picture from the gallery height=600 width=800 same as the sights you use to aim i zommed in and checked the crosshair the middle dot is not at 400,300 401,300 401,301 400,301

but in 399,299 400,299 399,300 400,300 .

can somebody check if this is true/false.
