hey how do you upload pictures with out using a url
becareful nether look behind if you do your done for. becareful of my rifle if i see you i'll shoot and you'll be dead

If you mean a picture that you can see ON the forums without a redirect,
Then you need to re-size it to 600px wide I believe. Then instead of [url] use the [img] code.
