Halo Mod Pack --- 1st mod attempt

Ok, first off I have never modded this game before and have little to no idea what I am doing, what I have already done has basically been trial and error. Any helpful comments on how to make the process easier would be more than welcome!

I've made weapon skins, and customized sounds but I cannot seem to make a working scope or iron sights. I need iron sights for the assault rifle and shotgun (assault rifle will be difficult since it doesn't really have iron sights) and the shotgun is fairly simple, assuming you know how to make them

Then, finally I need a sniper scope for the rifle. I made one that looks respectable but when I put it into the game it appeared in the lower right-hand corner. If there is an easy way to fix this GREAT! Otherwise I need some help.

Well your sight may have not been centered, make sure the dimensions are 800W x 600L and that the 'dot' or place you want to shoot from is at 400W,300L. Also make sure that it is transparent.
