Press the "Print Screen" button (next to F12 for me) then open paint, press ctrl + v and save it.

Just search for a picture/video which shows you how the ironsight looks IRL. Then try to remodel it with blocks in slab 6. Take a screenshot of oyur finished work and resize it. Here you go. :)

PS: Don´t forgett to upload pictures!

Ok ive got the png file but i dont know how to make the backround transparent, you know how its grey?

upload it onto some image editor that supports transparency. eg. GIMP . oh, and make sure you save your ironsights into a .png file because jpg cant be transparent

I have GIMP, but i just cant figure out how to get the grey to turn transparent

You have to select then wand and then click on the grey. Then it should be selected, now you only have to press ctrl+v.

I dont get it, i click on the grey with the wand, then i press ctrl+v It does nothing.

Click colour to alpha.. - grey = profit

Ohh... sorry :D Not ctrl + v. You have to press ctrl + x *___* I am so sorry. This is really embarassing now.
