Its a little bit long.
I would shorten it by about 6-7 blocks personally.

Y'know, unless you are trying to make it so you can see people through blocks and poking their heads out slightly from behind cover more easily. Personally, I (and many others) consider that to be cheating

It is not too long, personally i think its the correct size
I've used longer skins before and it did not gave me any advantage at all
To cheat you would need a really huge skin to make any significant impact on gameplay

The skin itself looks good, just that handle by the scope that looks out of place
