It doesn't look like yours to me, but I wouldn't doubt he stole it from someone. He snagged one of mine too, and then two or three other people's before that.

He just abandons his thread as soon as someone proves it's not his, then just tries again with another stolen model. I don't know why this guy isn't banned yet, honestly.
