Deus Ex mod pack (weapons - ironsights), assistance needed!

I'm working on a Deus Ex Human Revolution mod pack. For now I've only gotten the weapons done but I'm working on the ironsights and they're tricky.

If anyone who knows the game [DXHR] well enough can make good ironsights for the 3 weapons (dback, widowmaker, assault rifle) it would be well appreciated and full credit will be given when I'm finished.
