Bowl

Postby TheGrandmaster » Wed Apr 18, 2012 3:20 pm

A new map, named bowl due to the outside shape. While in jojoe's blender plugin I started messing around, thinking I'd make a kind of gen map. Ended up thinking of a middle island and a ring around the outside, which turned into this.

The terrain looks a bit different due to experimenting with gimp filters!

Here's a video of it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1gkxL_xjBAs

<@mikuli> the bad part in this plan is that it involves an already busy tea-drinking scone chomper with a monocle

I'd prefer a more epic castle, but looks nice.

Interesting, I was thinking of using agile methods of integrating an implementation in a factorial rate of a map too. I didn't know you were in the cloud too, my cumulus cloud map direct upload interface was very neat in a way. But the integration process was delayed because of Microsoft which was implementing a new heptacore technology in my unbiased neuron server. This could have been done faster, but they don't assert the modern agile methods of virtual object interaction. Rumor is though that they will be using volumetric techniques emphasizing on agile planimetrics combustion jargon terrorism.
