Well, actually both are quite old, started months ago, but are ready for a final release. I wont even bother describing the maps for you this time, I'll just let the pictures speak for themselves. 2.0 Versions of both maps can be expected.

The UFO looks nice, but I think cube world needs more "stuff" in it. It's too simple in its current state.
To a Physicist, white and black is the presence and absence of color.
To a Fine Artist, white and black are just shades and tints of color.
To a Painter, any paint that you could get into a can is a color.
THIS color, on the other hand, is #b4d455.

Update! Version 2.0 of UFO has been released as promised. This world contains alien defenses now. I agree about the doom vibe, It feels really bleak in some places.Image

Hello Community!
I have problems while hosting my own server.. I am trying to write Mapname "mapname" to load the map... But it doesnt work.. I only gets " type 'gen' to generate a map or mapname to load a map(exclude .vxl extension)
I have tried to write.
mapname "mapname"
mapname "mapname.vxl"

But still don't work... Ideas? Please.. Annjoying.. I am trying to host my own server, but can't load those maps..

1. without the quotes
2. are you typing "mapname" instead of the map name? place ufo.vxl in C:\Ace of Spades\vxl and then type in ufo.

No idea how you did those, but they're cool as hell.

Also, what map by tripplefox are you talking about? I've hosted the map without scattered trees before.
