Make sure you're using Pyspades and not the default server software, also don't forget to add the .txt file in the map directory.

Are you sure you're not mistaking this map for planeArena? I'm not aware of this map being on any server's rotation.

I pretty sure that "lagit.in Lartza s Men Standing" server has this map in the rotation. Played it few times.
