[REQ] Poland

A simple request - a bitmap conversion of Poland's territory (and minimal parts of adjacent countries), similar to Scandinavia and such...
I wanted to make it myself, sadly, I couldn't find ANY PROPER heightmap for a conversion.

I could try to make Poland, but I have never seen snow or been there (The last time I was in Europe was in 2003). So if you could get me a map of the are you want from birdseye view, I could probably do it (I use bitmap convertor so I can't get any tunnel, dungeons or stuff like that but I can get trenches or structures in which I made in Slab6).
