Object Overflow

Basically, I'll be playing on something like 45 ping, so it's NOT my connection. Out of the blue i'd see like, MILLIONS of the same player floating around the screen, then every other player would do it when they moved, if i moved, it'd do it to me, the screen looked like this

Any solutions?

Happens when you spawn inside a block. To fix it, blindly dig yourself out with the spade, or kill yourself with a grenade.

It happens randomly, All the time for me. Just switch to another weapon and it should fix it.
