My friend can't mouse around in the game.

I have a friend who loves the game and used to play all the time but now he can't. When he gets in the game he can move with wasd and shoot but he can't turn or mouse around. He looks in the same spot the whole time. My friend has tried everything to fix it. Can anyone give suggestions? He was able to play before but not now.

is his sensitivity set at 0? many people have had this problem before and it is this, but I am not sure if it's the same thing

His sensitivity is set at five and still nothing.
