FPS drop all the time.

Iv been playing ace of spades for years on the vista laptop and it ran perfectly. But the problom kicked in a few days ago. All it did was run REALLY BAD on every server then the next day... it just stop. It ran great again. Then 2 days ago it happend again. AND IT WONT GO AWAY. iv tried removing a mod, re installing it and other pc related things, but dont worked. Do you know what i cant do?
