Whenever I shoot someone even if I do it a million times the player I'm shooting won't die.
Can someone plz help?

You're lagging, lag has been severely increased since this (0.75) update.

The only thing you can do is play on servers on which you have lower ping, servers closer to your country usually have lower ping, IIRC.
