Apparently "killing" myself.

Sometimes, like not at all often, I will start taking damage and noone is in sight. Then I die and it says
"BlueX killed BlueX".

Anyone get this?

If you're in the water it might be the "acid water script".

Probably because an admin killed you. Some servers have abusing admins.

They type /kill [name]

That would kill a person right away not slowly, though if its not because of the acid water then I don't know what
else it could be.

The 'Block' thing happens when you die from someone carrying a block. It's typically caused by custom scripts that do damage, such as airstrikes, and 'damage over time' scripts.
