Scope bug/glitch

I've asked about this before, but haven't really gotten a clear answer on the topic.

With scopes that happen to cover the edges of your screen, there's a little line that doesn't get covered on the left side. It makes no difference what you do, it's never covered. Not sure if it's a bug, but it's definitely annoying.

Any ideas on why this occurs?

I just make my scope one pixel to the left and one pixel down. That is how mine are 100% Accurate.
