Please Help!

Hello.
I have a WIndows xp SP3 Machine with an intel 82815 Graphics controller.
When I run ace of spades the screen is in grayscale and only 3 quarters of it are visible.
I have to run it with windowed=1 otherwise the initdirect draw error comes up.
This could be a graphics due to my ancient compaq dekspro EN with a P3 at 1Ghz
If it is, I would appreciate it if somebody could come up with a more explicit System requirements
list.

Try a different video card. I also know that using certain video cards with certain window sizes may cause errors or slowdown. Can you give a little more information.

That happens to me, i has a 946GZ Express Chipset Family and in windowed looks like half-window 8bit color game, impossible to play, but now i have a better card and that bug have disappear.

It would be helpful if they could update the reqirements page though,
as what is your grandmothers rig going to contain?. (unless your
grandmother plays BF3 on ultra settings.)
