Votekick problem

Votekick problem

Sorry for my English, but i have problem. In server, where i often play is 2 aimbotter, but i can't votekick their.
They have some strange characters on nick, and ok, i write /votekick #NUMBER_ID and..? - Invalid paremetrs.
Administrators do not enter the server, so there is no point to writing message for them.

Okay so let me put up an example for you.

[DELTA]Semper #13 100

Okay it should be like that in game, The player ID and the kill number to the right.

Type /votekick #13

To get more votes put a reason.

Type /votekick #13 Hacking

And it's better If you would be nice until someone has a better answer for you, You do not know how to votekick, I EXPLAINED to you how to votekick.
