Block ESP bug (What what?)

Well, I was doing my block run on pinpoint, and I've seen this a few times, but rarely, http://i.imgur.com/Hrq1H.png

(OMG Haxor ESP ban)
But really, any one care to elaborate on this?

When you "Grab" a color it's block appears, Therefor you get a white block..
