game freeze after a few minutes of play

after about 10 minutes of play my game will freeze and start not responding until i close it with task manager. the sounds at the time of the freeze will chug over when it does this. its always about the same amount of time from when i start playing that this happens.
im not doing anything at the time which is causing it, these freezes are linked only by the amount of time ive been playing in that session. it happens on all servers, and launching from both the website and spadille, and it happens every time i play.

How is your computer preformance? This happens to me whenever I play in fullscreen (I have a very poor computer)
