Bugged Auto-Kick Script

Right, so I was playing a match of Minit Assault when I got auto-kicked over and over again for rapid-hacking when griefing the enemy tower with the shotgun. Guess the script senses when you shoot too much, and it kicks you. I've never seen a legit rapid-hack, so the script might as well be removed to avoid the kicking of innocent people.
