Sometimes when i hit a block with my spades, it isn't destroyed with 3 hits and his color goes to Black (after 5/6 hits ). If i wait like 30 secondes without hitting it , the block became normal again and i can destroy it.

It is lag.
Happens often with me in full servers.

This is common with me too. It can be very troublesome when trying to dig bunkers or big tunnels.

that's because ur at the ground level, but sometimes u keep digging and the block turns black, that's a bug, just wait a bit till it goes back to its colour than dig it again.

It happens, but not a lot, to my spade. But it happens ALL the time when I spray blocks with the SMG.
