Doubling posts?

Okay, maybe this is completely fine with most people, but i personally find this annoying.
So, people make new posts about suggestions, which have been discussed 3 or more times before,
so we are getting post doubling. Even on one page you can find at least 2 posts about EXACT same topic.
Couldn't we all just discuss on topics already written about some general idea similair to what you think of?

Class related:

more classes - viewtopic.php?f=65&t=383
New weapons/items related:

Currently this is not bad, but as these have recently become the official forums,
my prediction is, that this would get worse, if not discussed...
I want to be certain of one thing.
That people remember to
CHECK FOR POSTS ABOUT SAME SUGGESTION AS THEIRS!!!
