Interesting idea, but I don't think anybody would actually be willing to give up their ammo or health on a regular basis.
well, maybe dead player bodies will drop a bag which contain their remaining ammo,brick, and grenade.
but if the dead player's and the killer's ammo doesnt match, ex: (dead) smg -> (killer) shotgun, they won't get ammo.
if the ammo picked up is more than the max amount of ammo that you can hold, the bag will still be laying on the ground but with (of course) the remainings that you didn't pick up. (can be used with a drop rate..)
