Yes you can. But you have to be given the command to fly. Only an admin can give you that right.

As far as I can remember if you spam it enough you can get maybe 3 or 4 blocks in the air without the command. It's pretty useless though and almost never happens.

Ya, I remember this happening to me in the starting gates on facing worlds arena, though it wasn't that hard

It usually happens if your connection is bad. The game loses track of your location briefly, allowing you to jump a second time. It is almost the same principal as rubberbanding, except vertical.

i used to that on stooge gamers - dedust with a bunch of other people till they fixed all places you coud do that.

Now I know how people glitch out of Arena. >:D

This trick works better on servers you have bad ping too, btw.
