So let me get this straight,in the future AoS will get payment in future versions? If yes should we not necessarily pay the price since we played the alpha version?

He means that since we played the alpha (or in this case, the beta) we shouldn't have to pay because we beta tested it. Or at least this is what I interpreted. Also, Ace of Spades will be split into 2 branches, the OpenGL branch (pay money, get better graphics, MG & RPG) and the Voxlap branch. (Free, and will have same graphics, no new weapons, etc.)
