The most common build is a stupid pointless 3 high wall. (On Pinpoint map)

My favorite is a simple, 2 high wall by 5-10 long. Easy to snipe from.

not the most common but defiantly the builds that get the most people. pointless shitty towers that get griefed as soon as they are built!!!!

3 high wall protecting spawn from direct frontal sniping rape. Because my teammates are too dumb to take cover fast enough, and fighting whole enemy team alone is just sad.

A wall with many peaking points. Sadly, you can't use it for much else. Many other people are also starting to build long, 3 block high walls because of click-and-drag.

Yeh i always build 2x2 wall but even then why build it yourself when some one else has one. ;)

I build: a great castel wall or a bunker 3 deep 1 step and a room behind it for stairs to the 2nd floor.
I see: what SIMOX posted and some times towers and maybe bigger walls but noting breath taking and besides they get took down very easy, I'm startin to loose hope for building.....

I usually see my teammates do this (X=wall, 0=space)

...and I wonder: Why, Dear God? Does crouching while shooting make people feel more comfortable? Is constantly showing their head through a 1 block window really makes them think they are defended? Does nobody think about the fact that if they are already crouching, they can't crouch again when they are getting fired upon?

I always put flags on my base when playing on Gen Wars (R.I.P).

Either penises or those stupid little towers in spawn that nobody will use.

I often build ridiculously armored bunkers/pillboxes, 4 block front and 3 block wide protection and with additional stairs inside the bunker/pillbox to reach a top floor for snipers, while the first "floor" is for SMG spraying or rifle camping.
Sometimes a green/red/blue flag on the top.

All I see are either no buildings at all or cheap 1 block walls.
