Ok so i keep joining servers like arena and such and i pull of a lucky 3 or four headshots.
everyone freaks out and votes to kick me :(

what do i do?

Aside from how I can't shake the thought you're probably aimbotting and lying about the details I'd suggest sticking to moderated and slightly less deuce filled servers like Minit and Aloha.
