I think you are confusing campers with AFKers.
Campers stay in one spot and " Snipe " the enemy.
AFKers do nothing and just stand there.

Basically just because scrubs aren't good enough to kill a guy who is standing still in the same place, they get frustrated at their lack of abilities and instead of using this as fuel to motivate them to improve their own skills, they lash out and just say that everyone else is cheating.

Unlike normal campers, they haven't taken the time to strategically build and hide, they are simply exploiting what could be seen as an oversight in the programming allowing them to become basically invisible. There is no way of destroying their cover or seeing that they are in cover.

It's not that bad if they tunnel.
That's why I pay a ridiculous amount of attention on the tents.

I find it annoying when I am killed by a camper, but it's just another tactic for the snipers, you don't see assassins IRL running around with their snipers shooting at their hit every which way. Still takes some effort from the sniper to use their eye coordination to align the possibly moving target meaning it's a challenge in itself.

I always think that if there is just one camper, then people shouldn't be having a cry. If he is spawn camping against an entire team, then the team has a problem. The problem with tentcamping is, its hard to see whether all of your body is inside the tent. Also, with the addition of the deathcam, its fairly easy to see campers.

I find spawn camping dishonourable , you don't give the enemy the chance to fight back and often they exploit bugs(tent invisible thing) to maximise carnage. However defenders of bases, snipers in snipe nests, and people in bunker are a viable strategic form and shouldn't be considered cheating at all, people do it because it's very effective against deuces and the uncausious.

If you spawn killed from behind they have more then enough time to shoot you in the head before you turn around, they need less reaction time and you need to turn around,spot them, aim , and shoot. For them it's just aim and shoot. It's also a common point for aimbotters.

Campers don't stand a chance if the server is full, but in most server it isn't so they get more then enough time to back-headshot you before you can react even if you know exactly where they are hiding. Also they sometimes come in groups, I noticed this in a tower map football stadium map, there were 3 spawncampers, all shooting from different sides. No team can stand against that...
