No, what I'm saying is that the community needs to get together as a whole and decide on a feature instead of just complaining about a feature.
If you live in the U.S., imagine that the forum community is just the various political parties that are arguing against each other right now. Ben is the president/general of his army, forced to listen to the whims of every politic. However in our case, we also have other people: neutral citizens who just play the game, and the neutral branch, which keeps stability among politicians(a.k.a moderators).
Ben's in a rut right now. There's been a major political scandal due to a new law(feature) that has been passed right now. In order to keep the stability of Blocktania, he asks his political parties what they would like. The parties respond very differently, and Ben chooses the stronger party(the angrier crowd) and helps them out. However, due to this act, the other party is outraged, and Ben is forced into making another change to keep the peace. This goes on until the law is so severely changed it cannot even perform its original purpose.
Think of the two parties about today's democrats and republicans. Due to the way the government works, they are forced to compromise to create a law, which due to the differing opinions rarely ever passes. The same occurs in Blocktania.
Most people do not realize that neither party actually suggests the law, they just argue over it. However, the truth is that the law is actually first proposed by a loyal, neutral U.S. citizen, who is merely trying to take the actions toward a better U.S. government.
By deciding on ideas before their release(the suggestions sections) we can ensure that the said idea will not be so horrible that it will disrupt good gameplay.

Rifle accuracy really needs to be sorted out.
When I hear the whack.wav sound, I think I've killed an enemy so I change target. But with the new rifle accuracy, you can get 'false-headshots': Headshots that registers client-side (by notification with the whack.wav) but doesn't register server-side (because your target is still alive).
I've been killed loads of times because of this minor/major frustration. And I find it stupid that although your crosshair is directly on their head, it still doesn't always get you a headshot.
Please go back to the 0.49 rifle ben, then we can end this madness.

For the other weapons:
Shotgun REALLY badly needs to be improved, I don't think I need to reapeat what the community says.
SMG can be left alone imo if the rifle get's it's accuracy back.

The problem with the 0.49 Rifle's 100% accuracy is the fact that there will be people who will start complaining about it once it is re-implemented. We've already been there before.

I'd say it's around 400 rpm, not 800.
Also it sucked pretty bad before the 0.70(IIRC) with such a slow time to kill.

a)restoring rifles accuracy
b)nerfing smg
c)making shotgun more reliable.

Despite having a majority rule, not everyone is happy as you said. So after collaborating people defined how the smg would be nerfed ever so slightly, rifle gaining a small portion of its accuracy back, and shotgun is just flat out ignored something because people just dont seem to give a shit about it right now. A lot of forumers agree to this and sign onto it and ben then implements it. He then releases .8 which is simply a update to reduce lag and rebalence the weapons. However, still not everyone is happy. Some people wanted rifle to be (for lack of a better word buffed), and others wanted it to be nerfed further. Likewise some wanted smg to stay the same, and others wanted it nerfed further. These people then make threads on the forums bringing us back to square one. However Ben decides to ignore them. We still have a bunch of unhappy people, and the only difference now is Ben is simply catering to the majority (actually wait, thats still the same) with no leeway.

The moral of the story, Everyone has different opinions. Putin is a wonderful example.

Exactly what I had in mind. A democracy isnt freedom and equality for everyone,it is the dictatorship of the majority. If 70% of a city votes for a law that, idk, makes homossexuality illegal or forces all of the jews to get out of town, the other 30 cant do nothing because the majority wants something.

Which government are you referring to? Blocktonia is a flat out democracy. actually wait, Its a "we vote on some things, ben implements it, then some of us bitch about it, and on occasion Ben decides he wants to do something in his own game then some of us complain about that"

Our voting problem? Are you suggesting that you think you can through some miracle get everyone to agree on the same thing? Whatever, take me to your lizard. This game is in beta, people can usually only base their opinion on theories, it's not a bad thing to experiment and try things out.

It isnt limited just to that. If a law about stem-cell research passes because 75% of the people wants it, the other 25% wouldn't be happy but wouldn't get what it wants, because the majority approves that law about stem-cell research, be it allowing it or prohibiting it.
