The lack of teamwork and what we can do about it

Something has just occurred to me. The longer a game goes on/how difficult the objective is, the more teamwork there is. Think about it. Say one team has an absolutely amazing defense going on. The attacking team is then forced to work together and plan an attack.

A perfect example is Goon Haven. The intel is god damn impossible to get by yourself, so that server has almost always the most teamwork.

Now how exactly to do this is the question. Possibly some sort of never-ending kind of match where the goal is almost impossible to obtain, maybe like upping the TC cap to 3-4 people minimum.

I see sparks of true teamwork in Babel games.
To a Physicist, white and black is the presence and absence of color.
To a Fine Artist, white and black are just shades and tints of color.
To a Painter, any paint that you could get into a can is a color.
THIS color, on the other hand, is #b4d455.

I'd love to see proper teamwork in CTF, but we'll need ingame voice communication.
And yes, this has been brought up before, where people say "just use ventrillo" etc..

But really, it doesn't work like that. I'm not talking about organizing a team with some friends. But simply joining a server and start communicating with voice. 64 players will also help since defending the intel is so boring that nobody bothers doing it. But when there is 64 players, it'll mean more attackers. Which in turn means more defenders. As they can actually get some action.

It should also be some sort of reviving option. If someone dies, you should be able to revive them if you're quick enough This will make it so people can simply organize a squad without some sort of squad system or pyspade plugin.

Post mostly targeted at gen map btw :P

hompy made a map marker script where as you type !enemy in the teamchat a big floating red block appears above of where you pointed your gun at(following commands, !backup, !build, !tunnel, !here, !there, !1 - 9), he also made a MG script which fires about 10x faster than the SMG but has a shitload of recoil.
He said he has upgraded the airstrike script, and made a mortar one aswell but he's not sure what he should do with it.
And lemme tell ya something, THIS IS THE SOLUTION(IMO) the teamwork on Sham's server has greatly increased due to this script though Sham broke everything so the script doesnt work anymore.
