I don't think you can really decide on your skill level. This is a kind of funny thread considering that you ranked your skill level.

Building is easy as hell, There's no such thing as a bad builder, just a stupid builder. As for combat I do whats best for my team. If this involves suicide running for intel to provide a distraction, I do it.
