Server question

I didn't know if I should ask here or not. But I just had a small question about running a server. If I wanted to be in the game spectating and watching for cheaters, etc would I need to set the max players to 17(8v8 + me as spectator) or do spectators not count?

Yes, spectators do take up a server slot, so if you wanted an 8v8 with you spectating for cheaters, you'd need the extra slot making it 17, for example.
