My Clan (RED AND BLUE HELL)

I have a clan: RED AND BLUE HELL. And im looking for more people to be in it. Im looking for good, fun, nice and honest people to be in the clan. When we play together as a clan we will voice chat through skype so you'll need a skype account.
Also i have a previous post saying that i have a youtube channel and with mean that the clan would be on my youtube channel but if you dont want your voice on youtube let me know. Also i am 13 years old so im looking people anywhere from 10 to 15 years old. As if now, the clan does not have a dedicated server but im working on it. In game sometimes we will devide the clan to battle agenst ecother, other times we will fight randomly and with other clans. When we are in-game we will be in the same squad.
