We know this is a lot to read, but please bear with us.
Overview:
ARC is designed to transcend clan boundaries. As long as your clan allows double-clanning*, just register for ARC and you will be eligible for duels, matches, and other types of battles organized within ARC! Using a detailed ranking system, explained below, you can clearly see how much you have improved and how you rank against other players.
The best knowledge comes from experience. Don't nag better players to teach you; if you play with the best, you will become the best. Whether you're a veteran or a newbie, if you earnestly want to be the best player you can be, or even if you prefer chillax'in with some organized matches, we would love to have you! And don't be a stranger! Most of our talking will be in (http://webchat.quakenet.org/?channels=#%3C!%3EARC%3C!%3E). It is highly encouraged to find out how to use IRC if you don't already.
Ranking System:
Every member gets a six-number membership code. Each number corresponds to the appropriate numbered item below.

<1>Rank - Your rank on the member list. To move up in rank, simple challenge a player higher than you(or heck, lower than you) to a duel**. If you win you move above them(unless they are lower ranked), and if you lose you stay in the same spot.

<3>Squad number - For internal matches, members are put into squads. Coming soon.

Behavior:
We really don't care what you do so long as it is not harmful to other players. Ya know, besides shooting them in the (virtual) face. We encourage respecting other players and trying to be mature. And most importantly, contribute! It doesn't have to be much. If you have suggestions for improvement or questions, please post them here.

To apply just make a post in this section telling us...
<1>Your In-game and out-of-game names. Please include All the names you go by if you like to switch names around.
<2>How you would rate your skill level, on a scale of 1-10, 1 being lowest. And the level you wish to become.
<3>(optional)Your timezone. If you wish this to be private you can talk to TQ-196 in IRC.

<*>By applying to ARC you automatically express your acceptance to abide by the following guidelines and any future revisions of them:
<1>If you are inactive(if you have not dueled at least once)for 1 month you will be kicked and taken off the member list. You may no longer participate in clan activities unless you are accepted again.
<2>If you hack you will be kicked and banned immediately.
<3>Please refrain from deliberately insulting others, inducing drama, instigating or spreading knowingly false information, provoking/annoying others, or trolling/flaming/spamming the forums. Respect others as you would a top opponent--because they might be your opponent one day.
<4>The publication of personal information is strictly prohibited over the forums/irc. This includes, but is not limited to telephone numbers and home addresses.
<5>All challenges must be fought within a week of all participating players being notified.
<6>Clan leaders have the authority to kick or ban anyone seen disregarding these guidelines.
*If your clan does not allow double-clanning, we will know. Get your leaders approval for an exception for ARC BEFORE you apply. Unless, of course, you're not in another clan.
