We are our own leaders, we lead our own destinies; we all have our own leaders, yet, we are still all equal in the eyes of our humble syndicate of Ledyrs.

Aims and Goals of Ledyr Syndicate

• First of all, Ledyr Syndicate is not seeking large numbers.
  
  • While there is strength in numbers, it is always unruly and ugly; for a few to lead, many must follow.
• We conduct ourselves respectfully as equals.
  
  • As equals we need to respect other individuals and clans. Try to keep things peaceful with other clans, we don't want drama.
• We aim for what all clans aim for: To be the best.
  
  • While it's not a priority, we are seeking members that can perform well. Above all, we want to have the best community of members as oppose to who can shoot the best.
• We want an active, and OPEN community.
  
  • There is nothing that works better than members being able to freely converse among one another in an environment free of major restrictions. However, we do not want members spamming, flaming, and trolling throughout the forums. Do not deliberately slander any individual without good reasoning, we aren't too strict on your right to "Freedom of Speech," just don't get out of control.

We're looking for mature individuals willing to be a part of an active community. We already understand all people are different: Not everyone is an expert sniper, not everyone is a rusher, not everyone is an analytical mastermind, and there are even fewer people that carry all of these skills. We want members who can specialize and be MASTERS at one or two things, not "very good" at many things. That's what teams are for, that's what Ledyrs do: Learn to utilize their teams abilities.

Code of a Ledyr

1. I will refrain from deliberately insulting others
2. I will respect all others
3. I will not hack
4. I will not grief
5. I will remain active, posting at least once or twice a day, if possible.
6. I am not a clan hopper
7. I will not induce drama or conduct myself in a childish manner
8. I understand that by joining Ledyr Syndicate, I no longer belong to ANY other clan. (No multi-clanning)

Any member found failing to comply with these rules will induct an infraction (warning) upon themselves. Should a member receive three infractions within a month; that member will be forced to leave with no questions asked. The admin(s) of Ledyr Syndicate are free to kick any given member at his/her own discretion, should enough members complain about the said member.

Our Mission, Our History, Our Future

I, Kibblez, started playing AoS nearing the end of June; about a week later I was accepted to The Sticky Bandits [TSB], I was previously a pretty large part of TSB; my reasoning for leaving was to start my own clan. I have wanted to start my own clan for quite some time now and while I did love TSB, and still do, I wanted to be able to help create leaders; something you can't do as a regular member, even a well respected one. My goal, ultimately: Is to turn my members into "Ledyrs." I actually want my members to start their own clans someday, just as I am now. As I stated before: for a few to lead, many must follow. Not all of my members will want to create their own clans, and that's perfectly fine, you don't need to be the founder of something in order to be a leader.

Ledyr is just "Leader," the spelling is changed because it looks cool and it represents something very personal to myself. A syndicate is "A group of individuals or organizations combined to promote some common interest." In this case, that common interest is leadership and equality.

Current Ledyrs and Roles: We currently have 17 members

We are currently recruiting! Post an application, we'd love to review it. Make sure you get active!!! Applications can take as long as two weeks to reply to. Be PATIENT! It's a virtue ;)

Administrators: Admins are able to show they can oversee EVERYTHING. While they don't need to pay very close attention to the details, admins need to be able to rule with an iron fist and judge with level eyes.

Moderators: Moderators help (A LOT) with the IRC and around the forums, they are also Server Admins on the clan servers. They reserve the right to give infractions to members. They cannot kick members from the clan or accept members into the clan.

• [LS]Doc

Masters of War: Masters of War are KEY to winning clan matches. They have to be Ledyrs of the battlefield. While they don't have to dominate the battlefield alone, they have to understand how lead their team to dominate. Ledyrs seek help and guidance from these Masters of War both in-game and in clan matches. A recommendation to join LS from such a Ledyr is highly commendable. They can also substitute for Testers.

Testers: Testers test new applicants and can accept new members when the combination of an admin's approval and a tester, a Master of war and tester, OR 2 testers (whichever happens first), agree upon a new applicant.

Ledyrs: Ledyrs are the most important pieces to the puzzle. While the other positions may have more responsibility, that is because those members had assumed that responsibility. We are all members, we are all leaders, we are simply a humble syndicate of Ledyrs, we are Ledyr Syndicate.

Clan Matches

Our members were recently asking when we're going to have clan matches. Well, I have a server and we have 8 members, myself included, in Ledyr Syndicate so far.
Any clan wishing to battle us is free to leave a post here and/or PM Kibblez.

We typically are most active from 7:00am - 11:00am (GMT) which is about 11pm - 3am (PST; GMT-08) -- I live in California. However, we can work something out ^_^

Clan Server?

We have one of those too, I'm proud to announce!
To access our clan server simply put the following "aos" address in your internet browser's address bar: aos://3848803404:32887 (Or click it).

The server is currently running CTF and the rotation is like 3 maps, it's got a lot of work before it's any good.. I'm going to be switching it to Arena; and possibly just running two servers: A CTF Server and an Arena server.
