I still gotta add a couple testers, anyone wishing to be a tester, just apply and the admins will review it.

Also.. Nova and Lauren, if you guys see an applicant that might be pretty good, you can discuss it amongst yourselves.. Or discuss it with me, or all three of us. Get iExclusive's opinion too. If the three of you can unanimously agree upon a new candidate, add him/her. If not, get me in on the conversation. Cool?

Applying for Squad Ledyr or Tester?

Why do you want to be a tester/squad leader?

We're making our clan compete against itself, essentially. Starting today, I want people to send in applications to me for Squad Ledyr. I need 4 squad leaders. Squad Ledyrs can be anyone, except, masters of war. The master of war was put in place specifically to manage squads in a clan match, or any other match. Squads are in no obligation to listen to a Master of War UNLESS it's a clan match. If you are, say, in LTS; then you may or may not want to listen to the master of war, or your squad leader, and just want to play. That's fine:) I recommend working together though as it builds team skills.

I will probably be purchasing a Ventrilo server if you guys want to voice chat while we play AoS. Completely up to you guys though, I won't be spending the money if nobody wants it or wants to use it. We had that happen at TSB (Now SAW) and I felt really bad for Stealth :/
I think more people use it now though.

But anyway. Those of you wishing to become Squad Ledyrs, post an application here. Those of you wishing to be a tester AND a squad leader, go for it (: it's going to be a lot to manage though. You'll see how I'll have it set up when we get our sub-section.

I implore our Ledyrs to say things to Tester/SL applicants like "Dang Pug, I'd be in your squad!" But don't say that to everyone.. And if you're also applying, say it anyway; this is going to help me and Ecchy determine who Squad Ledyrs should be, and who should be in them. We will leave it to our Squad Ledyrs with the final say as to who they get in their squad, Ecchy and I, as masters of war, will be reviewing these though.
iExclusive might help as he was supposed to be our initial Master of War, but wanted to be a Mod instead, and not both (too much responsibility at this point.)

I'll be looking forward to your applications (: Hopefully this new system and the testers system will help us furthermore. New things are somewhat complicated at first; but everything is relatively simple, I assure you ^_^
