If the Job your talking about is making Sigs for other people, It's not really her Job because she didn't want to make them for other people. It's a waste of time making them for other people, it's only not a waste of time if you want to make them for other people.

Guys on them signtures you wanna outline the black colour text with white, this will make it a lot easier to read.

As with mine, I have white text with a black outline.
