2. Uhhhhhh........
Cons:
1. Lies (seriously, why do you always keep saying SIDR clan steals? Even when you cannot bring proof to your case)
2. Allows/Encourages aimbotting (the case with troll)
3. Cannot take disciplinary action on members (the case with troll)
4. Seems to lack judgement with co-leaders (the case with troll)
5. Does not seem to care about the maturity level of members.

I seriously doubt you will even consider anything I say in this post. But whatever.

i agree with this... and do you really accuse sidr of stealing? stealing what?

Kodiak wrote:Decided I'd just make a new post.

The first and foremost thing you've got to fix is the outright disrespect and lack of general forum/game decorum that emanates from a few of your members. You've got to be harsh and follow the rules you've outlined to the letter, so that each member understands what is expected from them. This is called administrative transparency and it's a requirement if you want to maintain a balanced social strata and a friendly gaming community, where each member is on a level playing field.

I can see you're trying to keep everyone friends with everyone, which reminds me to quite a degree of my Enclave leadership, whereby I would give rather weak warnings which in reality held zero weight, each time an incident occurred. I know you may wish it were unnecessary, as I do, to be strict on fellow members but from what I've seen in this thread thus far, it's going to become a requirement if this clan is to rise from the cesspool of ignorance and general idiocy that the Small Clan section can often be.

If we take the minor scuffle with Tin as an example, while you managed to keep a cool head, your members did not and this can often lead to tricky situations. I'm not saying you should look to vaporise any fragment of individualism a member holds on to, but at least try and make them respect the views and the "regime" of the leader, where they understand the mature viewpoint they are expected to take on certain matters.

There's more but I'm lazy, all of this is opinion so whether you take it on board or not is entirely your choice.

tl;dr control your dudes more and stuff

agree with this person as well

You know Hobo, your name makes a lot of sense now. Let me just tell you that you do not know me and I don't know you. Every clan leader(s) have their own opinions when running and clan. Those who are not members of the clan or not a friend, their opinions would not matter. I'm not trying to be mean to you Hobo, I respect you clan. For the saying of me accusing you of stealing members, most of my members know I am kidding. And for saying my members are immature, what do you expect from teenagers and children's? That's very disrespectful and for you to complain is immature. Just remember you are speaking for your clan so speak wisely. And also remember that this is AoS. An online game where you're suppose to have fun. Trust me, those who play with me in arena always have fun! :)

And thanks Imm0rtal. ^_^ *hugs

Well, normally I would have to agree with what the other people who openly posted on your forum regarding this post said but from what I observed during my time in this clan that's just not how you want to run it. It seems to me, atleast, that you want more than anything for this clan to be fun and for everyone to get to be themselves even if that sacrifices the appearance and in some cases the reputation of the clan. For example turtlemodays spams the forum frequently and changes his IGN like 10 time a week but everyone gets a good laugh out of it and everyone loves him. The fact that many members don't use perfect grammar might drive some people away from the clan but I think it attracts the members you want, ones who are more interested in being in a clan for the simple enjoyment of playing with people and making friends rather than having four practices a week and having to triple check posts for grammar. Now if that is not exactly how I would run the clan if I were its leader it is sure as hell something I can respect.

Well, that's just my opinion take it with a grain of salt.

Tin i ain't in this clan anymore but i am sure Lin can handle most of it by herself. Since i quit, she didn't get my new ideas. Most of my ideas were taken in and used so far. Anyway Lin won't make this clan crash and burn like SAS.

This is Grav right? Didn't you get into an argument in a server with other clans? I remember you saying you we're being ignored by us and other clan members. Why? Its because you disrespected me and my friends backed me up. Also, other people who I do not know told you to be quiet because you we're really rude. As everyone can see, this is how Jimmy speaks to others. :)
