There's going to be a few more roles added soon, and I'll explain how the "testers" work.. Matter fact, I'll do it right now.
Every applicant requires two testers.
These "testers" can be either of these roles: Tester, Master of War, or Admin.
Verification of "passing" from any combination of these, equal to two is passing for gameplay.
Admins can admit new people, but even I, myself, don't solely rely on my own decision these days. I leave a lot of it to the clan to help me decide on members, I get a lot of PMs from people begging me to be in LS lol! I tell them to apply in the forums because I want the clan to evaluate them.
If someone doesn't pass for in-game awesomeness, it's not the end of the world for them. They can still get in if they display that they are mature and "cool to be around."
Regardless if they pass the in-game part, again, they still get evaluated by the clan. So when a tester tests someone, PLEASE post your evaluation as follows:

Skills tested: (teamwork, sniping, rushing, KDR, points, etc.)
Gameplay: (About how many players were playing during the test? Gamemode? Anything else you want to include.. Building disadvantages, griefers, team killers, etc.)
Your evaluation: #/10... (Explain why)

Should anyone see anything to add to that list, go for it.. I'll check it out, probably change it a little. Eventually, when we have a forum, this will be way more organized.. Our thread is a nightmare to look at from a glance xD
